Pack Your Items

Place the unworn clothing with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
